Cosy Mail Club is a monthly postal subscription designed to bring comfort, creativity, and connection into your everyday life.

Each month, you’ll receive a carefully curated envelope containing a handwritten letter and original artwork.

Every piece is created by me with intention, something to read slowly, keep, and return to.

This is not mass-produced mail.

What is Cosy Mail Club?

Cosy Mail Club is a monthly postal subscription combining handwritten letters and original artwork. Each envelope is created slowly and thoughtfully, offering a small moment of calm delivered to your letterbox.

What do I receive each month?

A handwritten letter
Original artwork (format depends on your tier)
A monthly colour palette curated by me
Thoughtful details in and out of your envelope

When will my envelope be sent?

To be able to send art at an affordable price, envelopes are posted once a month, via snail mail (no tracking).

International deliveries may take a little longer to arrive, but they are sent with the same care.

Subscriptions are open from the 1st - 15th of each month. Shippings are on the 28th of the month (I do this as soon as possible, but the maximum shipping date is the 28th of the motnth).

You’ll receive a dispatch email when your Cosy Mail Club post is on its way.

Example 1: If you subscribe on the 1st of January, your letter will be shipped by the 28th of January. You will be charged every 1st of the month, and I will ship your art at the end of each month.

Example 2: If you subscribe on the 15th of January, your letter will be shipped by the 28th of January. You will be charged every 15th of the month, and I will ship your art at the end of each month.

YOU WILL RECEIVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF LETTERS IF YOU SUBSCRIBE ANYTIME WITHIN THE SUBSCRIPTION WINDOW. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO SUBSCRIBE BASED ON THE DATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE CHARGED MONTHLY. YOU CAN ALSO EMAIL ME AND I CAN ADJUST YOUR PAYMENT DATE, IF YOU WISH TO BE CHAR

Is postage included?

UK postage is free. An international flat rate of £2.5 is added to international orders. All final prices are listed clearly in the subscription page.

International deliveries may take a little longer to arrive, but they are sent with the same care.

Which countries do you ship to?

Cosy Mail Club currently ships to the UK and selected international destinations.

If your country isn’t available yet, please check back soon, I hope to expand as the club grows.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

Can I give Cosy Mail Club as a gift?

Yes! Cosy Mail Club makes a lovely ongoing gift.

Option 1 - You can buy a monthly subscription and select "Buying as a gift?" at checkout. Just make sure that you use the recipient’s address at checkout. This way, you pay monthly for the gift and you cancel at any time.

Option 2 - You can buy fixed term subscriptions (no auto renewal) and select "Buying as a gift?" at checkout. I offer 3 or 6 month subscriptions of all Cosy Mail Club tiers. Just make sure that you use the recipient’s address at checkout. This way, you pay once for the gift and the recipient will receive an envelope for either 3 or 6 months.

Is everything handmade?

Yes. All artwork is created by me specifically for Cosy Mail Club.

Lino prints in the Artist’s Edition are hand-printed, so each one is slightly unique.

What if my envelope doesn’t arrive?

If your envelope hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time (10 working days after you receive your email confirming that your order has been shippeed), please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
